摘　　要：改革开放以后,新疆的人力资本投资虽然在总量方面持续增长,人力资本存量高于全国平均水平和西部临近省市,投资主体也呈现出了多元化趋势,但与发达地区相比较存在较大差距,专业化人力资本储备不足,政府仍然是最主要的投资主体,投资的区域差异也比较大。On the basis of an empirical analysis of the total level of human capital investment, the structural characteristics, the regional differences, and the relative levels in Xinjiang, this paper finds that, after the reform and opening up policy was adopted, the total number of the human capital investment of Xinjiang keeps growing, the human capital stock in Xinjiang is higher than that of the national average and the other western provinces, and the main investment has taken on diversification. Compared with the developed areas in other parts of China, there still exist large gaps： specialized human capital reserves being inadequate, the government being still the main investment body, and regional difference of investment being markedly different.
