摘　　要：目的：研究以反相高效液相色谱（RP-HPLC）法同时测定烧伤涂膜中黄芩苷、大黄素含量的方法。方法：采用Lichrospher C18（150 mm×4.6 mm）柱,以甲醇-0.2%膦酸为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长280 nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果：黄芩苷在0.712～3.00 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9982,平均回收率为97.74%,相对标准差（RSD）为2.37%（n=9）。大黄素在0.212～0.895 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为97.67%,RSD为1.92%（n=9）。结论：此法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品的质量控制方法。Objective： To determine baicalin and emodin in burn membrane by reverse phase highpressure liquid chromatography （RP-HPLC）. Methods ： A Lichrospher C 18 （ 150 mm× 4.6 mm） column was used, with methanol 0.2% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase for gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results ： Baicalin had a good linearity within the range of 0. 712 - 3.00 mg/ ml （r = 0, 998 2） , and the average recovery was 97.74% with RSD of 2.37% （n = 9）. Emodin had a good linearity within the range of 0. 212 - 0,895 mg/ml （ r = 0.999 8） ,and the average recovery was 97.67% with RSD of 1.92% （ n = 9）. Conclusion： RP-HPLC, simple, accurate and reproducible, can be used for controlling the quality of burn membrane.
