摘　　要：该文简要介绍了太仓经济开发区行政办公文化中心的规划构思和主要特点:从太仓深厚的文化积淀出发,在深刻了解太仓独特的文化内涵的基础上,提炼出"境生象外"的传统美学观点,并以此为出发点力图构建能体现地方美学精髓的城市中心区。This article introduces the plann the Administrative and Cultural Center in ng concept and main features of Taicong Economic Development Zone. Starting from profound cultural heritage of Taicang, and based on deep understanding of its unique culture connotation, the design extracts the traditional aesthetic concept of ＂mood comes from image＂, and tries to construct a city center which can embodies local aesthetic quintessence.
