摘　　要：该文以榆次老城南北商业街的修复设计为例,针对这一历史地段的重塑,从提出问题开始,经过分析问题、解决问题,最后得出单纯地保存并没有达到保护文物建筑的目的,只有将保护与开发相结合,才可能实现真正意义上的保护的结论。This article takes the restoration design of South-north Commercial Street in Yuci Ancient City as an example. And then, aiming at the reconstruction of this historic area, by putting forward, analyzing and solving problems, it concludes that simple preservation couldn＇t achieve the goal of protecting historic buildings, none but should combining protection with exploitation likely realize genuine protection.
