摘　　要：该文以襄樊市陈老巷历史文化街区保护为例,研究我国中部地区历史文化街区的改造问题。分析经济因素主导下历史文化街区的改造策略。按照城市-地段-街区-建筑-细部的层次,探讨了城市发展过程、周边地块演变、产权关系变革以及居民构成关系对历史文化街区保护的影响,思考了单体建筑保护评价体系建立、地域性建筑语言体系建构对历史文化街区的保护意义。Taking Chenlaoxiang Historic District in Xiangfan City as a case, this article studies the problems in historic district construction of central China, and analyzes corresponding strategies under the leading of economic factors. Then, in accordance with the sequence of city, region, block, building and detail, it discusses the affection of the city development, the evolvement of periphery blocks, the reform of property right relations and the resident＇s composition relations on the historic district protection, and thinks about the meaning of building evaluation system for single building protection and regional architectural language system.
