摘　　要：施工项目成本管理是施工企业利润的直接体现,有效的成本管理措施有利于成本目标的实现。本文结合光电大厦项目探讨利用帕累托图寻求成本偏差的主要影响因素,并对主要因素的影响进行控制的方法。The cost management of construction project is the direct manifestation of construction enterprise＇s profit. The effective measure of cost management helps to realize cost goal. Based on GuangDian building project ,this paper discusses using the Pareto chart to seek major effective factors of cost differences and the method of controlling primary effect factor.
