摘　　要：本文介绍了蛋氨酸铁螫合物的制备方法,并用红外光谱、核磁共振、蛋氨酸与铁的摩尔定量比、溶解度分析等方法论证了制得的产物确为蛋氨酸铁螫合物。This paper was studied on the method of synthesis and identification of iron - methionine chelate with high purity. The structure of the chelate product was identified with the infra - red spectrum analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance and iron, methionine ratio determination.
