摘　　要：对宣钢8号高炉冷却系统整体运行状况进行了分析,制定了合理的冷却制度和炉型参数控制标准:高炉炉体软水流量控制在2800～3000m^3/h,进水温度为44～55℃,炉体热负荷控制在33440～41800kJ/h。In the paper, the author analyzes the running status of entire cooling system of No. 8 BF in Xuanhua Iron and Steel Co.. and sets forth a rational control standard with respect to cooling system and furnace profile ： soft water flow of BF body shall be kept at 2800 - 3 000 m^3/h, the inlet water temperature at 44 - 55 ℃ and the heat load of furnace body at 33440 - 41800 kJ/h.
