利用替代寄主生产马尾松毛虫质型多角体病毒的研究  被引量:7

摘  要:DpCPV对8种鳞翅目昆虫感染试验结果表明,棉铃虫最敏感,感染率达97.0%。DpCPV对棉铃虫的毒力LC50=7.65×104CPB/ml,浓度与感染死亡率相关性及回归方程均达到显著性。HaDpCPV与原毒种DpCPV的形态特征相同;棉铃虫可用人工半合成饲料配方2在小塑料盒内单虫饲养,幼虫成活率达98%以上、羽化率达90%,平均蛹重0.4006g,平均产卵量797.7粒,卵孵化率达98.2%;HaDpCPV对第一代4~5龄马尾松毛虫的毒力较强,LC50=1.14×104CPB/ml,与原毒种相比,毒力没有下降。用棉铃虫来生产DpCPV,采用23~26℃、3龄虫、使用浓度105CPB/ml以上,是比较理想的组合。将病毒喷在人工饲料表面喂虫,可获得较高的病毒产量,平均每条虫可产8.13亿CPB,与用原宿主生产的产量相接近。用HaDpCPV防治第一、二代4~5龄马尾松毛虫,防治效果达60.2%~84.0%。species of Lepidoptera insects were treated with DpCPV and the result showed that Heliothis armigera was the most susceptible to DpCPV with the infected rate up to 97%. The median lethal concentration of DpCPV to Haliothis armigera was 7.65×10 4 CPB/ml, the correlativity between concentration and infected lethal rate and their regression equation were significant. In addition, the morphological characteristic between Ha DpCPV and the original DpCPV was the same. Heliothis armigera was individually raised in a small plastic container with semiartificial feed, No.2 prescription. Larva survival rate was more than 98%, eclosion rate was 90%, averaged weight of pupa was 0.4006 g,averaged output of eggs was 797.7,incubating rate was 98.2%. Infected rate of Heliothis armigera inoculated with DpCPV was 81.0%. Ha DpCPV was the most virulent to the 4~5 instar moths of the first and second generation, and its virulence was not decreased when compared to that of the original DpCPV. It was favourable to produce DpCPV at the temperature of 23~26℃, inoculation concentration of over 10 5 CPB/ml, with 3 instar Heliothis armigera . The output of Ha DpCPV from Heliothis armigera was averaged 8.125×10 8 CPB per head, same as that from Dendrolimus punctatus . To get more Ha DpCPV, the inoculum should be sprayed on the surface of feed for Heliothis armigera . Ha DpCPV was used to supress 4~5 instar moths of the second generation, the control effectiveness reached 60.2%~84.0% in forest field.
