摘　　要：采用基于触摸屏和 PLC 的控制方案,解决了膜类产品压力按曲线变化而进行性能测试的问题,完成了对采集数据的显示、存储和曲线分析;通过 PLC 模拟采集功能对压力传感器进行高精度的实时信号采集,对系统中智能调节阀进行控制,实现了其自动调节;设计出了膜类产品性能参数采集的实验平台。介绍了控制系统的硬件及软件设计,该系统应用于特殊膜类产品性能参数的试验装置中,压力采集及控制精度达到了0.3%以上。Introduced the control project based on touching screen and PLC, resolved the problem of testing the parameters of the menbrane＇s performance according to the change of pressure curve. Accomplished the display of the key data, data storage and data analyzed of the curves. Used the analog module of PLC to get the precise data from the pressure sensor, dealt with the pressure data and sent analog control signal to the electro-pneumatic regulating valves, thus, achieved to it automatic adjust. Stated the hardware and software design of the equipment for measuring the parameters of the special membrane. The precision is above 0. 3%.
