利用TCM法对太白山森林公园进行游憩经济效益评价

摘　　要：旅游价值估算为游客旅行费用支出、时间价值以及游客消费者剩余之和。在野外调查的基础上,采用费用支出法、时间费用法以及消费者剩余法对太白山国家森林公园陕西游憩价值进行了评估。通过现场抽样调查,建立了旅游费用与旅游人次数间的供给需求函数,求出了游客消费者剩余。在获得游客多目的地特性以及重游率的基础上,对评算结果进行修正,最终得出了2005年太白山国家森林公园游憩的总价值。The tourism value is considered as the sum of the tourists＇ travel cost, time value and consumer surplus and other expenses. Based on field investigations and by using the travel cost method, the tourism value of Mt. Taibai National Forest Park in Shaanxi Province is evaluated in this paper. According to sampling survey on site, the supply--demand function between travel cost and tourist number is educed, and the consumer surplus is calculated. The value is revised in accordance with the result of the survey. It turns out that the tourism value is RMB 122.42 million in 2005 in this area. With the development of tourism, the number will change.
