摘　　要：文章就湿陷性黄土地区多层砖混建筑地基产生不均匀沉降的原因从勘察、设计、施工、使用四个方面进行了分析,提出了相应的加强措施,并认为控制好建设工程各个环节的质量,可有效地解决多层砖混建筑地基不均匀沉降问题.On the basis of the reconnaissance, design, construction and use, the paper analyzes the causes of asymmetrical settlement of the groundsill in brick masonry buildings in collapsible loess region, puts forward some corresponding measures and further presents that the problem with the asymmetrical settlement of groundsill can be effectively solved by controlling the quality of all procedures in construction.
