除湿止痒合剂对变应性接触性皮炎小鼠模型Th1/Th2相关细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察除湿止痒合剂对变应接触性皮炎小鼠模型血清中IL-4、INF-γ的变化影响。方法:将48只BALB/C小鼠随机分成4组(空白组,模型组,对照组,中药组),用二硝基氟苯(DNFB)制成变应接触性皮炎小鼠模型,灌胃给药,观察各组小鼠耳部肿胀厚度差的变化,并以酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定各组小鼠IL-4、INF-γ的水平。结果:中药组及对照组耳厚度差均小于模型组(P<0.05),中药组、对照组小鼠血清中IL-4水平低于模型组小鼠(P<0.05),INF-γ水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:除湿止痒合剂对变应接触性皮炎小鼠模型血清中IL-4有明显抑制作用,提示该药Th2具有一定的调节作用。Objective ： In order to study the modulatory effects of Chu - Shi - Zhi - Yang Mixture on Th1/Th2 Cytokines in Mouse Model of ALlergic Contact Dermatitis. Methods： 48 balb/c mice were randomLy divided into 4 groups （ blank control group, model group, control group and TCM group）, Each group was fed with different medicines. Except blank control group, the rest mice were molded of swelling ear with DNFB and measured the swelling extent ear, The level of IL - 4 and INF - γ in serum in different groups was observed by ELISA method. Result： The swelling extent and the serum IL -4 level of control group and TCM group were significantly lower than model group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . There was no significant difference in INF - γ level between all experimental groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ） Conclusion： Chu - Shi - Zhi - Yang Mixture demonstrated prominent inhibition over serum expression of IL - 4 in Mouse Model of Allergic Contact Dermatitis. It has certain action to regulate Th2 function.
