HepA瘤可溶性蛋白质组分析及树舌多糖GF注射液对其影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析HepA瘤细胞可溶性蛋白质组的变化并探讨树舌多糖GF注射液(GAPSGF)对其影响。方法:以超速离心制备HepA瘤可溶性蛋白,双向电泳分离瘤组织可溶性蛋白,银染显色,扫描仪获取凝胶图像并应用PDQuest软件对其进行分析。结果:肿瘤组分离得到101个蛋白质点,树舌多糖组分离得到85个蛋白质点。仅在肿瘤组出现的蛋白质点有54个,仅在树舌多糖组出现的蛋白质点有38个,肿瘤组和树舌多糖组共有的蛋白质点中表达量相差两倍以上的点有14个。结论:树舌多糖GF对HepA瘤细胞可溶性蛋白质组表达具有显著影响。Objective： To analyses the soluble proteome and study the effects of GASPGF injection on HepA carcinoma. Methods： Using two dimensional ployacrylamide gel electrophoresis （2 - DE） to separate the protein, observe the effect of GAPSGF on soluble proteome of HepA carcinoma. Analyzed the result of electrophoresis with Imaga Master 2D software and found out the spots of protein which expressed different between the two groups. Remits： 101 spots were showed in tumor group and 85 spots in GAPS group. 54 spots only showed in tumor group and GAPS group but the quantity were different more than two times. Conclusion： The interests proteins identified associate with or the potential targets affected by GAPSGF.
