摘 要:地铁是城市中解决日益严重的交通问题的大容量快速交通工具,也是城市的现代化标志之一。然而,地铁自出现之日起,就存在着各种安全隐患,其中最主要的隐患就是火灾。通过对地铁火灾应急调度系统的分析,利用AHP方法将应急调度系统分为4个层次15个指标,提出系统层次分析结构,并利用该方法对层次分析结构进行定量计算。根据计算出的权重对系统进行综合评价,得出地铁火灾应急调度的最优化管理办法。实践表明,基于AHP的地铁火灾应急调度方案能够获得更科学的管理决策。The subway was a large capacity swiftly moving traffic tool that solves the serious transportation question in the city, also was one of city modernized symbols. However, from appeared the date, the subway had each kind of security hidden danger, most main hidden danger was fire. Analysed the Subway Fire Emergency Dispatch System in this paper, the System would be divided into four levels and 15 indicators based on AHP, and hierarchy analysis structure would be proposed, carried on the synthesis appraisal using the AHP method to this hierarchy analysis structure. According to the weight of the System for a comprehensive assessment, it was obtained subway fire emergency optimization of management methods. Practice showed that subway fire emergency dispatching program based on AHP would obtain more scientific management decisions.
