经内镜注射D-TH胶治疗胃静脉曲张出血的疗效观察和护理

摘　　要：报告98例内镜注射组织黏合剂D-TH胶治疗胃静脉曲张出血的观察和护理。术前做好心理护理,术后加强病情观察,做好健康教育。疗效观察结果提示,D-TH胶治疗胃静脉曲张近期疗效显著。98 cases of patients suffered from hemorrhage caused by varicosity of stomach with d-TH rubber through endoscope injection were observed and cared.Before the treatment,the patients were psychologically cared and enough preparations were done.And after the treatment,they were carefully observed and given health education.The observation shows that the result in the near future is remarkable.
