摘　　要：论文从组织管理,系统模式的选择,系统的设计,网络系统的标准化、规范化建设,特色数据库的建设等方面对山东省高校图书馆联机合作编目系统的建设提出了实施方案。This paper proposes the implementation plan to the construction of Shandong Province University Library On-Line Cooperation Catalog System, from its organization management, the system pattern choice, the system design, the network system standardization, the standardized construction, and the characteristic database construction.
