摘　　要：ITU─TG．723．1是GSTN上多媒体通信标准H．324系列中语音编解码器．本文在简单介绍G．723．1编解码算法和定点数字信号处理芯片ADSP-2181后，着重介绍了这种低速率的语音编解码器在ADSP-2181上实现的硬、软件设计和在定点DSP芯片上实现该复杂算法的一些关键技术．ITU-T G.723.1 is a recommendation of dual rate speech codec in the H.324 for multimedia communication over GSTN. In this paper, after briefly describing the algorithms of coding & decoding of G.723.1 and ADSP-2181 fix point DSP chip, we put our emphasis on the hardware and software design of the G.723.1 based on the ADSP-2181. Also, some key techniques for the realization are discussed.
