潜水员水下用电安全技术规范的编制与认识

摘　　要：本文介绍了国家标准《潜水员水下用电安全技术规范》的研究、编制过程，以及编者对该标准性质、适用范围、总体结构、电气安全数值取舍等的基本认识，并就该标准制定实施后的经济、社会效益进行了初步预测。Chinese National Standard Technical regulations for diver′s safe use of electricity underwater ″(GB)has been examined and adopted in 14 September 1995.In the paper,research and drafting process of the standard was presented.The nature, applicable scope,overall structure and choice of technical data in electrical safety of the standard was analyzed.The social and economical benefit after the standard been carry out was brief appraised.Authors wish that diving and underwater engineering industry would have a general understanding to“Technical regulations for diver′s safe use of electricity under water” through this article,thus to promote application and implement of this standard.
