民办高校党建工作的历史沿革及启示

摘　　要：加强党建工作是民办高校贯彻党的十七大精神,确保正确的办学方向,促进学校科学发展的关键。民办高校党建工作在20多年的过程中,大体经历了初始期、快速发展期和规范发展期三个阶段,呈现出主动性、特殊性和相对滞后性的特点。通过对民办高校党建工作的历史回顾,启示民办高校要确立创新化发展的工作理念、规范化发展的工作目标和多样化发展的工作格局。Strengthening the Party building work is the key to acting in the spirit of the Party＇s 17th Congress, ensuring the correct school-running orientation and promoting the scientific development of the school. In the past 20 years and more, the party building work in the non-governmental institutions of higher learning underwent the initial stage, rapid development stage and standardized development stage, presents the characteristics of initiative, particularity and relative lagging behind, and inspires us to de- cide on the working ideas of innovation and development, the working goal of standardized development and the working pattern of diversified development.
