摘  要:本文叙述300mm×6000mm密实移动床吸附塔对新疆七三七矿地浸液的吸附工艺试验结果。试验使用201×7强碱性阴离子交换树脂,与由下进料方式的原料铀溶液呈逆流操作,其传质高度6m。原料液来自地浸生产线,铀浓度为46~49mg/L,进料空塔线速度35~45m/h,树脂工作容量58~63mg/g(干).尾弃铀浓度均<lmg/L。淋洗采用四塔串联,传质高度1.8m,淋洗剂1mol/LNaCl+0.05mol/LH2SO4,空塔线速度2m/h,合格液铀浓度6.6~7.7g/L,贫树脂含铀0.24~0.4g/L。结果表明,密实移动床吸附塔处理新疆七三七矿地浸液是适用的。This paper presents the test results of adsorption process with packed moving resin bed to process in situ leaching solution from Xinjiang Uranium Mine No. 737. The size of column was 300mm×6000mm. The strong basic anion exchange resin 201×7 was used in the test. The feed solution of uranium was fed at the bottom of column and was operated by counter current with the resin. The height of mass transfer was 6 m. The feed solution was from in situ leaching systern. The concentration of uranium was 46~49 mg/L The incoming linear velocity of void column was 35~45 m/h. The operation capacity of resin was 58 ~ 63 mg/g (dry). The concentration of uranium in raffinate was<1 mg/L. Four series of colurnn were used in the elution section. The height of mass transfer was 1. 8 m. The eluant was 1 mol/L NaCl+0.05 mol/L H2SO4. The linear velocity of void column was 2 m/h. The eluate concentration of uraniurn was 6. 6~7. 7 g/L. The barren resin contained 0. 24~0. 4 g/L uranium. The results show that the exchange process of packed moving resin bed is suitable for processing the in situ leaching solution of Uranium Mine No. 737.
