摘 要:分别以双微孔复合分子筛Y-β、Y和β的机械混合物、Y、β为载体,制备了NiMo系加氢裂化催化剂Ni-Mo/Y-β、Ni-Mo/Y+β、Ni-Mo/Y、Ni-Mo/β,探讨了其物化性能的差异。结果表明:与Ni-Mo/Y+β相比,催化剂Ni-Mo/Y-β具有较高的相对结晶度,较大的比表面积和孔体积,较低的B酸和L酸。在固定床反应器上考察了其对正辛烷加氢裂化反应的催化性能,在其它操作条件相同时,正辛烷在催化剂Ni-Mo/Y-β上加氢裂化反应的转化率、裂解率及对异丁烷的选择性最高。The NiMo hydrocracking catalysts Ni-Mo/Y-β, Ni-Mo/Y+β, Ni-Mo/Y, Ni-Mo/β carried on bimicroporous composite zeolite Y-β, the mixture of Y and β, Y, β respectively were prepared. And the physical and chemical properties of the catalysts were studied. Characterization showed that the crystallinity, the BET surface area and pore volume of Ni-Mo/Y-β except for it's Bronsted acid sites and Lewis acid sites were higher than Ni-Mo/Y+β. Then the performance of hydrocracking of noctane on these catalysts was studied in a fixed bed stainless steel tubular reactor. The evaluation result showed that the conversion, hydrocracking rate and the selectivity to i-butane of n-octane hydro-cracking were the highest in the catalysts under the same conditions.
