摘　　要：首先,对创新和创新型组织的内涵进行了研究,并提出了创新型组织的特征,以及组织创新与技术创新的关系。接着,从组织成员、组织结构、组织文化、外部环境等方面对具有创新精神的组织特点进行了深入探讨,并在此基础上,进一步分析了建立创新型组织需要解决的问题,并对建立创新型组织给出了建议。Firstly,this article introduces the meaning of innovation and innovative organization （IO）, discusses the characteristic of IO,and the relationship of technology innovation and organizational innovation. Then,the discussion goes deeply into the aspects of members,structure,culture,and the environment. On the base of this,this article analyzes further the problems of establish IO, and gives advice on how to establish IO.
