摘  要:商业零售店选址是商家历来考虑的首要因素,合适的开设地点既能决定店铺顾客的多少,也能决定销售额的高低,是店铺经营成败的关键问题。针对开设商业零售店的选址问题,首先依据商圈理论分析了商圈与选址的关系,其次从城市、居民、竞争者三方面对影响选址的主要因素进行了分析,最后对如何选址提出了一些看法和建议。Choosing a business retail store' s location is the initial factor that a company considers in times gone by. A suitable location can not only decide the number of the customers, but also can decide the sum, high or low. It is the key problem whether the business is a success or a failure. To the problem of choosing the business retail store's location,this paper first analyzes the relation of the commercial circle and the location according to the theory of company. Then we analyze the main influenceing factors according to the city, residents and competitors. Finally we put forward some viewpoints about how to choose the address.
