摘　　要：介绍了聚氯乙烯芯层发泡制品的生产工艺和原理,分析了生产中可能出现的技术难题,并提出了解决问题的办法。在聚氯乙烯芯层发泡型材的共挤出成型中,控制共挤料和芯层发泡料的熔体强度是保证共挤出产品质量的关键。It introduced the basic processing technology and working principle of PVC sandwich layer foaming product, analyzed the technical difficulty during production, and presented the solutions. During the co-extrusion moulding of PVC sandwich layer foaming profile, controlling the melt strength of the co-extrusion material and sandwich layer foaming material is the key to the quality of the co-extrusion product.
