高效液相色谱法测定复方百部止咳颗粒中黄芩苷含量

摘　　要：[目的]建立复方百部止咳颗粒中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。[方法]采用HPLC法，色谱柱为ReliaSil C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-磷酸（45：55：0．04）为流动相，流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为276nm。[结果]黄芩苷进样量0．432-2．160μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9986，平均加样回收率为97．91％，RSD=0．51％（n=6）。[结论]该法操作简便、准确、专属性强，可作为本品的质量控刺方法。[ Objective] To establish the determination of baicalin in Compound Baibu Zhike Granule. [ Methods] HPLC was adopted using ReliaSil C18（ 150mm ×4.6mm,5μm） chromatographic column, the mobile phase was MeOH-H2O-H3PO4 （ 45 ： 55：0.04 ） at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min and the detection wavelength was set at 276nm. [Results]The injection volume of baicalin was showed satisfactory linear relationship between 0. 432-2. 160（ r = 0. 9986） in which the average recovery rate was 97.91% and RSD= 0.51% （ n =6）. [Conclusions]The method is simple, accurate and specific which can be used as quality control method of Compound Baibu Zhike Granule.
