摘　　要：包钢(集团)公司友谊轧钢厂淘汰了横列式轧机,选用Φ850 mm二辊可逆式开坯机进行开坯,文章详细介绍了其试轧情况及对试制过程进行了概括总结。生产实践表明,产品质量达到标准要求,成材率达97.21%,合格率为99.7%。Youyi Steel Rolling Mill of Baotou Steel （Group） Corp. eliminated the open- train mill and uses Φ850 mm two- high reversible blooming mill. The article details the situation and process of trial production. The production practice shows the quality is up to the standard,the rate of finished product is 97.21% and the yield is 99.7%.
