摘  要:运用数值模拟方法,研究了包钢5#大方坯连铸机六流中间包在设置挡墙和坝前后钢液流动行为的变化。计算获得的各流钢液停留时间分布曲线,表明合理地设置控流装置后,中包内各流钢液停留时间增加了2 min左右,短路流大大减少,钢液混合更充分,死区比例下降17%;温度计算表明,设置控流装置后,各流钢液温度差异明显缩小。The molten steel behavior in a six- strand bloom tundish with improved flow control structure is analyzed with numerical methods.The RTD curves are calculated for each strand of the tundish. It shows that with the installation of proper flow control devices, the flow pattern in the tundish and the mixing effect of the molten steel is improved, which leads to a more homogeneous mixture in the melt as well as a well - distributed temperature. Meanwhile the residual time of the molten steel is increased two minutes on average, which means that the inclusions will have more time to float up and be caught by the top flux.
