摘　　要：对某高校教学楼的外墙贴面砖历年掉落的原因进行了分析,认为其原因之一在于当时设计上考虑有欠缺,并不全是施工质量的问题.因此,要解决其外墙贴面砖的掉落问题,不仅在施工上要采取提高材料强度等级、加胶、挂网等措施,还应在设计上调整建筑构造,防止外墙结露冻结,从而延长外墙使用年限,避免历年返修.The dropping reason of the face brick on exterior wall of a teaching building in a certain college was discussed in this paper.The main reason is not only the construction but also the design deficiency. So, in order to solve this problem, it is not only need to prevent the exterior wall mortar from compensating by bettering the architecture structure design besides improving the grade of mortar strength, adding glue, and steel net ect.
