防老剂作为再生剂的研究

摘　　要：研究以防老剂264作为橡胶再生剂的再生机理及其再生效果。结果表明,再生剂可以有效阻止游离基的再结合,限制氧化作用对橡胶主链的损害,同时可降低胶料粘度,增加流动性,在加入少量再生剂后即可获得较满意的物理性能。The mechanism of antioxidant 264 as rubber reclaiming agent and its effcet were investigated.The results showed that the reclaiming agent can be efficiently prevent the free redical recombining,restrict the damage to the rubber main chain by adduction,and at the same time can reduce the viscosity,increase the fluidity,When use the compound in minor level,the revulcanization rubber can have the good properties.
