摘　　要：分析了浙江省农村卫生院在财政保障机制方面的现状和存在的问题,针对浙江省的实际,提出了建立健全财政保障机制的基本设想:逐步建立卫生院职工的社会保障制度;提高财政补助水平,包括对公共卫生、政策性亏损、卫生院建设和设备投入的补助;合理划分各级财政对卫生院补助的职责等。We introduced financial input system of Zhejiang township hospital and its problems. And we proposed to build and improve financial input system based on social and economic status of Zhejiang and to improve employee＇s social security system. We also proposed to increase financial subsidy for public health, loss because of policy, hospital building and equipment purchase and to allot financial responsibility to different level.
