药品集中招标采购与药房托管的比较分析

摘　　要：对药品集中招标采购和药房托管两种控制药价的措施进行了比较分析,一方面指出二者在控制药价方面发挥作用的共同原因,另一方面分析它们对药品供给产业链产生的不同影响。认为推行药品招标采购比药房托管更富有成效。We compared Drug Centralized Bidding and Purchasing with Pharmacy Trusteeship and analyzed the drug price control mechanism of two systems. Furthermore, we distinguished their different influence on drug supply chain and proposed that Drug Centralized Bidding and Purchasing was more effective for our country.
