摘　　要：阐述了机构知识库的含义、作用,探讨了在建设机构知识库过程中需要解决的若干问题:机构知识库建设主体的确定、收录资源的范围、技术平台的选择、鼓励机构成员自觉提交成果的措施。Explains the meaning and roles of the institutional repositories,and discusses a number of problems that need to be solved in the process of building the institutional repositories：the determination of the institutional repository builder,scope of collecting resources,technology platform choice and the measures to encourage members sending in their outcomes voluntarily.
