摘　　要：在对大连旅游产业现状、存在问题及成因分析的基础上,提出了实现旅游业与三大支柱产业的联动发展、强化旅游产业链、充分利用城市资源推动旅游产业和谐发展以及强化旅游市场整合和加强旅游企业的集团化发展战略,并以此来提升大连旅游产业的竞争力。This paper, after stating the present state of tourism industry in Dalian, some existing problems and the causes of the problems, puts forward the following strategies which aim to enhance the harmonious development of tourism industry in Dalian, such as promoting the connection of tourism and three major industries, forging the chain of tourism industry, advancing the harmonious development of tourism industry by the full use of resources in the city, enhancing the tourism market integration and strengthening tourism enterprises into collectivilized development. These strategies will promote the development of tourism industry into tourism cluster and enhance the competitiveness of tourism industry in Dalian.
