摘 要:用SDS、正丁醇、正庚烷和水配制了W/O型微乳液,并研究了该微乳液的相图以及体系含水量、pH值等因素对其稳定性的影响。试验时以煤矸石为原料,先经烧结、碱提得到铝酸钠粗液,用饱和石灰乳对其除硅精制后,将1∶1CO2-空气混合气体以0.8L/min通入增溶了NaAlO2溶液的微乳液中碳化制取氢氧化铝,然后在1100℃煅烧1h制得了高纯超细氧化铝。分析结果表明,该产品无明显团聚,粒径为80nm、Al2O3纯度>99.95%。The water in oil micro-emulsion was prepared with sodium dodecyl sulfate ( SDS), n-butanol, n-heptane and water. The phase diagrams of the micro-emulsion and the influence of the water content and the pH value of the system on its stability were investigated. The NaAlO2 crude solution was obtained from coal gangues by roast and alkali digestion. Then its silica was removed with saturated lime cream. The CO2 ( mixed with air at 1 : 1 volume ratio) was led into the micro-emulsion at rate 0.8L/min and reacted here with the solubilized NaAlO2 to form Al(OH)3 particles. Then the particles were roasted at 1100℃ for 1h to produce ultra-fine Al2O3 powders. The analysis results show that the product is of a 80nm particle size,99.95% purity alumina with no obvious agglomeration.
