摘　　要：个体发展与社会发展的和谐思想是马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论的应有之义。促进大学生个体发展与社会发展的和谐是全面贯彻党的教育方针的客观要求。本文着重分析了当前大学生中存在的个体发展与社会发展不和谐的具体表现,并对导致大学生个体发展与社会发展不和谐的主客观原因作了初步的探讨。The harmony of individual development and social development is Marxist thought on the theory of the comprehensive development. Promoting the harmony between individual development and social development is objectively required in the comprehensive application of the party＇s education policy. This paper analyzes the specific disharmony between individual development and social development existing among the present college students and explores the causes for this disharmony subjectively and objectively.
