摘　　要：面对思想政治工作出现的新情况、新问题,必须把握方向性、增强针对性和注重实效性,使思想政治工作在内容上、形式上和感情上实现"三贴近"。To tackle new problems in ideological and political work, it is necessary to be finn in the correct orientation, to maintain a clear aim and to emphasize practical results so that ideological and political work can be ＂closed＂ in content, form and emotion.
