血清bFGF水平与冠状动脉病变程度的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)与冠状动脉病变程度的关系,探讨在没有外源性bFGF影响下,血清bFGF水平能否成为反映心肌缺血程度的良好指标。方法通过双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法测定患者血清bFGF的浓度,并与冠状动脉造影结果进行对比分析,观察单支、双支及三支血管病变患者血清bFGF水平。结果冠心病组血清bFGF浓度为(328.20±51.66)pg/ml,明显高于对照组(29.67±9.04)pg/ml(P<0.01);冠脉双支和三支病变组血清bFGF浓度分别为(296.84±42.89)pg/ml,(363.95±94.72)pg/ml,明显高于单支病变组(233.42±20.42)pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论血清bFGF水平能较好反映冠状动脉病变程度。Objective To study the correlation between serum level of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） and severity of coronary artery stenosis. To investigate the level of bFGF if can reflect the severity of myocardial ischemia. Methods The serum level of bFGF was tested by ABC-ELISA, which was compared with the severity of coronary artery stenosis. Results The level of bFGF in coronary heart disease （CHD） group （328.20±51.66）pg/ml were significantly higher than those in control group （29.67±9.04）pg/ml, （P〈0.01）. The level of bFGF in 2 or 3 coronary branches lesions were （296.84±42.89）pg/ml, （363.95±94.72）pg/ml,which were significandy higher than those in single branch lesion group （233.42±20.42）pg/ml （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The serum level of bFGF can reflect the severity of coronary artery stenosis.
