摘 要:针对传统岩屑录井信息量少等局限性,我国录井工作者率先将X射线荧光光谱分析技术应用于岩屑录井,开发出了具有独立知识产权的XRF岩屑录井技术。X射线荧光分析是一种对被测物质从元素成分及含量的角度进行测定的技术,以随钻获取的岩屑粉末为分析对象,从中获得元素组成(组分、含量及分布规律)信息,通过元素组合特征而识别岩性、判断划分地层,进一步开展深层次的数据分析处理,寻找与储集层物性、含油气性规律,实现评价储集层的目的。从该技术原理入手,阐述了特征X射线的产生、元素X射线的惟一性和地层岩性元素成分特点,论证了其方法的可行性。对XRF录井工艺流程、方法和影响因素进行了分析,简介了该技术数据及图谱处理软件结构和资料分析与解释思路。As to the information limitation from traditional cutting log- ging,China mud logging staff took the lead in applying the analysis technology of X ray fluorescence spectrum onto the cutting logging and developed XRF cutting logging technology independent intellec- tual property.The X ray fluorescence analysis is a kind of technolo- gy for detecting the substance by its element components and con- tents,which takes the cutting powders while drilling as the analyti- cal object to obtain its element composition(component,content and distribution rule)information,recognize the lithology and clas- sify the stratum by the combination characteristics of the elements. Through data analyzing and processing on the deep levels,the physical properties and the oil-bearing rules of the reservoirs are found and the reservoir evaluation aim is achieved.Setting out from the technical principle,the authors stated the generation of charac- teristic X ray,the sole property of element X ray and the compo- nent property of the formation lithology element and demonstrated the feasibility of its method.The paper analyzed XRF logging tech- nological process,method and influencing factors and introduced the data & the structure of the spectrum processing software and data analyzing and interpreting ideas.
