摘　　要：目的检测正常晚期妊娠和子痫前期及子痫患者胎盘组织中Livin的表达，探讨Livin在子痫前期及子痫发病过程中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例子痫前期、20例子痫和24例正常晚期妊娠胎盘组织中Livin蛋白的表达。结果Livin主要在合体滋养细胞的细胞核中表达。子痫前期及子痫组Livin蛋白均低于正常晚期妊娠组，差异：行显著性（P〈0．01）。结论子痫前期及子痫患者胎盘组织中Livin蛋白的表达异常可能在其发生、发展过程中有一定的作用，为子痫前期及子痫的治疗提供新的思路。Objective To detect the expression of Livin in placentas from normal pregnancy, preeclampsia and eclampsia. To explore the role of Livin in preeclampsia and eclampsia. Method The expression of Livin which were collected from placentas in 54 preeclampsia patients, eclampsia patients and 20 normol controls were determined by immunohistochemistry, Results Livin was found in cell nucleus of syncytiotrophoblasts. The mean density of Livin protein in placental tissues of preeclampsia and eclampsia groups was significantly lower than that in normal pregnancy group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Abnormal expression of Livin in placental tissues may play an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia and eclampsia, and may provide new road fortherapy.
