摘　　要：目的探讨CO2激光联合He—Ne激光治疗慢性颗粒性咽炎（CPP）的安全性和有效性。方法1997年11月-2007年6月对430例CPP患者行CO2激光治疗。治疗组260例，对照组170例。治疗组CO2激光烧灼汽化病变组织后再以He—Ne激光局部照射；对照组仅给予CO2激光治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为93．9％，对照组总有效率为79．1％。创面愈合时间：治疗组为6—10d，对照组为8—12d。两组比较，治疗组在治疗效果和愈合时间都明显优于对照组。结论 CO2激光联合He—Ne激光治疗CPP安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the efficiency and salty of CO2 laser combinded with He -Ne laser for chronic particulate pharyngitis （CPP）. Methods From November 1997 to June 2007,430 patients with CPP were randomly divided into two groups. The experiment group of 260 cases received the He - Ne laser, following with routine therapy of CO2 laser, The control group of 170 cases were received only routine therapy. Results The mean cure time of the experiment was 6 - 10 days, and which of the control group was 8 - 12 days. There were 244 cases （93.9%） improved with clinical manifestitation in the experiment; and 133 cases（79.1% ） improved in control group. There is a significantly difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The technique of CO2 laser combinded with He - Ne laser for CPP is efficient and safe.
