摘 要:用溶胶凝胶法制备了以Na2OB2O3SiO2为基质玻璃、孔径在4~6nm的多孔玻璃膜。对制备过程中的工艺条件进行了讨论,并用DTATG、XRD、IR和NMR探讨了凝胶玻璃膜转变过程中的物理化学变化和结构变化。结果表明:要获得均匀透明的溶胶必须控制硼酸和硝酸钠的含量,而盐酸和乙醇的加入量对溶胶的稳定性有显著的影响。凝胶干燥过程中的温度和相对湿度对制备完整的凝胶膜有较大的影响。溶胶向凝胶转变过程中硼离子已作为网络形成离子部分地进入了凝胶网络结构,当凝胶向玻璃转变时,进入网络结构中的硼离子逐渐增多。降低基质玻璃组成中的硅含量以及提高热处理温度。Microporous glass membrane has been made from Na 2O B 2O 3 SiO 2 matrix glass via sol gel process. It was found that to insure the homogeneity of the sols, the amount of both boric acid and sodium nitrate added must be limited. The optimum parameters for sol preparation have been experimentally determined. DTA TG, IR, XRD and NMR were employed to detect the physicochemical and structural variations during heat treatment. It appears that the amount of B 2O 3 incorporated in glass network increases with increasing calcining temperature. The membrane was characterized with pore size around 4~6 nm. The pore size was enlarged with decrease of silica content in matrix glasses and raise of heat treatment temperature.
