提高石油环烷酸质量的工艺研究

摘　　要：采用减压蒸馏及初馏分皂化萃取脱油脱色工艺，可以将２号石油环烷酸的质量提高为１号石油环烷酸．精制产品满足涂料工业及特种用途对石油环烷酸质量指标的要求，总收率可达６７％．经过大量实验摸索出一套比较成熟可靠的工艺条件．所用萃取剂价廉易得，并可回收循环使用．Using vaccum distillation followed by soaponification and extraction of the distillates, the quality of naphthenic acid can be improved from Grade 2 to Grade 1. The product is met the specification of refined naphthenic acid used in paint industry and production of esters. A product yield of 67 % can be achieved. Based on a lot of experiments, the process conditions were determined. The extractant is cheap and can be used circularly.
