摘  要:目的:应用动态心电图观察体外反搏治疗冠心病无症状心肌缺血的疗效。方法:随机将80例冠心病心肌缺血患者分为两组,其中40例在常规药物基础上加用体外反搏治疗为反搏组,另40例应用常规药物治疗为常规治疗组。治疗前后进行动态心电图监测,对缺血的相关指标作对比观察。结果:治疗后ST段压低伴有症状的次数及其持续时间与无症状的ST段压低及其持续时间,两组均有明显减少及缩短,与治疗前比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),两组疗效比较,反搏组明显优于常规治疗组(P<0.01)。反搏后,伴随的室性早搏亦随之减少(P<0.01),但与常规治疗组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。反搏期间,患者无任何不良反应。结论:体外反搏能减少冠心病无症状心肌缺血的发作次数及其持续时间,是治疗无症状心肌缺血的一种有效而安全的方法。Objective: To estimate the therapeutic efficacy of enhanced external cotmterpulsation(EECP) on silent myocardial ischemic(SMl) with coronary heart disease using Dynamics Cardiogram. Methods: Eighty cases of coronary heart disease were randomly into EECP group (40 cases ) and routine group(40 cases). The routine group was treated with normal treatment aspirin, sorbitrate, metoprol and pravastatin, the EECP group was treated with EECP based on the normal treatment. Monitor the Dynamics Cardiogram before and after the treatment and observe and compare the correlative indexes of ischemic. Results: Frequency and sustained time of the section ST low with symptom and without symptom were decreased significantly in two groups (P〈0.01 respectively) after treatment, but it decreased more significantly (P〈0.01) in EECP group than in routine group.While in EECP group, the ventricular premature beats (VPBs) was also reduced significantly (P〈0.01). Moreover, the VPBs was not different (P〉0.05) between EECP group and routine group after therapy.No side effects found in treating with EECP. Conclusion: EECP can reduce frequency and srstained time of SMI with coronary heart and is effective and safe way for treating SMI.
