摘  要:针对抽油机井能耗高的问题,对油田目前应用的各项节能技术进行了分析及测试评价。不同的节能产品,在不同井况下,其节能效果有很大差别,筛选出节能效果好的进行优化组合。通过评价试验,新区方案设计应以节能抽油机为主,节能型拖动装置为辅,并且匹配要合理;对于供液不足井,应采用调速电机、智能间抽技术。资料统计表明,智能间抽时平均日产油比连续生产时上升0.4t/d,平均日耗电量比连续生产时下降50kW·h。Aiming at resolving the problem of high energy consumption in rod-pumped wells,this article reviews major energy conservation technologies currently being used in domestic oilfields.The effects of these energy conservation technologies may vary significantly from one well to another due to different well conditions.Technologies with good performance were selected for use in combination with other energy conservation technologies.Evaluation and testing results suggest that energy-efficient pumping units should be the first choice for greenfields with energy-efficient driving units used as a supplement.These two types of devices must be in good match when used together.For the wells with inadequate liquid supplies,speed-adjustable motors and intelligent intermissive pumping technology should be used.Statistics show that the average oil output produced using intelligent intermissive pumping technology is 0.4t/d higher than that during normal continuous production and the average electricity consumption is 50kW ·h lower than that during continuous production.
