摘　　要：一步法合成５－（对－羟苯基）－乙内酰脲王军胡永红欧阳平凯（南京化工大学生物工程与科学系南京２１０００９）关键词一步法５－（对－羟苯基）－乙内酰脲水合乙醛酸中图分类号Ｏ６２３．６２７自从Ｂａｅｙｅｒ发现并分离出乙内酰脲，Ｓｔｒｅｃｈｅｒ确定其结构式为，...The method of systhesis 5 (p hydroxyphenyl) hydantoin by (HO) 2CHCOOH,H 2NCONH 2 and C 6H 5OH in only one step is proposed,IR spectra of the product is coresponded with the document reported .This paper also studies on the six factors that influence the synthesis of 5 (p hydroxyphenyl) hydantoin and defines the optimal operation conditions∶the feeding ratio of urea to glyoxalic acid is 4∶1,for the first stage,the reaction temperature and the reaction time are 80℃,1h respectively,the feeding ratio of phenol to glyoxalic acid is 3∶1,the reaction temperature and time of the second stage are 90℃,5h respectively.
