摘 要:本文运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性显式动力学有限元程序,对弹丸的爆炸过程进行了数值模拟,通过模拟可以清楚地看到弹丸的爆炸过程。本文选取了五个典型单元进行应力和速度分析,结果表明,弹丸中部破片的速度比头部和底部破片的速度大,弹体中部应力变化较均匀,有利于形成均匀的破片,弹体底部易形成大块的破片,与实弹爆炸结果较一致。By using nonlinear explicit dynamic finite-element program ANSYS/LS-DYNA, Projectile explosion was numerically simulated. During simulation, the explosion process can be seen clearly. Stress and speed of five typical unites were analysis in this paper. The result shows that speed of projectile fragment in middle were higher than which in top and bottom, the stress change evenly in middle, which can be advantageous to even fragment. But big fragment in bottom were easy to formed. The numerical result is in accordance with the true projectile explosion.
