摘　　要：在电子仪器中,绝大多数大功率元器件的散热是通过散热器来完成的,因此合理选择散热器尤为重要,本文提出了该类散热器热阻的计算方法,为整机大功率元器件的热设计提供了必要的依据。In the electronic instrument, most of high-powered components radiate heat depending on radiator, it is especially important to select radiator correctly.This paper gives calculation method for this kind of heat sink thermal resistance in the electronic instrument,in order to provide the theoretic foundation of thermal reliability Design for high-powered components in whole machine.
