硝普钠与硝酸甘油治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察硝普钠、硝酸甘油治疗扩张型心肌病的疗效。方法48例扩心病患者随机分成硝普钠组、硝酸甘油组各24例,记录并观察治疗后患者心功能及症状改善情况。结果硝酸甘油组有效率95.8%,硝普钠组有效率75%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝普钠治疗扩张型心肌病疗效好,且不良反应较少。Objective To observe the effect of nitroprusside andnitroglycein on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods 48 patients with DCM were divided randomly to nitroprusside group （n = 24） and nitroglycein group （n = 24 ） , The heart function and symptoms were investigated. Results Efficient of nitroglycein group and nitroprusside group respectively were 95.8% and75% , with a significant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of nitroprusside sodium on patients with DCM is good and negative effect is less.
