摘  要:对CYDEX-β全甲基化β-环糊精毛细管柱上,对14种手性氰醇对映体的乙酰化和三氯乙酰化衍生物,进行了气相色谱分离研究,比较了两种衍生方法的拆分效果,测定了实际合成样品的e.e.值,并对对映体拆分机理进行了一些探讨。The enantiomers of 14 cyanohydrins were separated on permethylated β- cyclodextrin column (fused silica, 25 m × 0. 22 mm) by derivatization. The acetyl chloride and trifluoro acetic anhydride were used as derivatization reagents. All recemates were separated to base line with separation factors (a) = 1. 02 - 1. 13. The enantiomer excess values of some enantiomers from asymmetric synthesis samples were determined, and they were identical with those by optical purity and HPLC methods. The separation effect of the two derivatiza- non methods and the separation mechanism of enantiomers were discussed.
